Welcome to the forum!

An atmospheric dump valve won't work on that model, just forget about it.

Ok but i checked on speedparts and they have atmospheric BOV kits... I know that car is not designed for this kind of BOV but whats the mine problem?? engine working not smooth or offen comming engine light??

BTW i have done to the car BSR stage 1 kit and K&N open filter and car goes realy well... some other ideas for the car?? I will set here some of the photos later on becouse i am repainting whole car in new Jet Black color from new Saab and want to make it nice... plan is to take lowering springs and nice BBS rims...

Regards :)

The problem with an atmospheric dump valve is that some of the air which is measured by the AMM (air mass meter) will go back to atmosphere. The ECU calculates fuel mass from the AMM measurements and then the mixture will be too rich. This again influence on long term fuel adaption and then suddenly mixture is calculated wrong all the time, also when the dump valve is closed. Combined with the "right" tuning software this can cause engine failure if you ignore the CEL and drive like nothing is wrong.

Other suggestions, replace tuning program to something with better quality, which doesn't ignore engine knocks. And put back original air filter box, your open air filter leads to misreadings from AMM and the filter oil will stick to AMM which in the end will force you to buy a new one (or engine failure, which one comes first). You don't need an open air filter for your tuned engine, I have 400 bhp and original filter.

If you want more juice, these cars responds well to a better intercooler and a less restrictive exhaust system.

bigger intercooler its in my mind and I am also thinking about open exhaust... We will see.... now the car is just new painted and cleaned and washed... plan is viggen bumpers, lowering springs and nice BBS 17" rims. Plan is to have nice, clean and quick Saab :)
